Latest Episode | Cut To The Race Podcast

Many of the drivers have revealed their custom designed helmets for the Mexican GP.

Some of The Designs:

Sergio Perez:

For his first home GP with Red Bull, Sergio Perez’s helmet features the Mexican flag, with various motifs on it.

The three colours of the Mexican flag are even featured on the foam padding on the inside of the helmet.

Valtteri Bottas:

Valtteri Bottas’ helmet is light blue, and features sugar skulls and other motifs.

This includes maracas, a piñata, a tacos van and Mexico written on it.

Lando Norris:

The Mclaren driver’s helmet is the familiar neon yellow we are used to seeing, but with a festival spin.

The helmet also features his number four wearing a sombrero.

Antonio Giovinazzi & Kimi Raikkonen:

Both of the Alfa Romeo drivers have red helmets.

The helmets feature various motifs, including cacti, flowers, and sugar skulls.

Sebastian Vettel:

The Aston Martin driver’s helmet is pink and promotes his message of sustainability.

It features the same message it has for most of the season – ‘Change the world, sip by sip’.

George Russell:

The Williams driver’s helmet features a red and green design.

The back says ‘Viva Mexico’, and wears a sombrero.

The Haas driver has taken the Halloween route.

His helmet is red with a Spider-Man design – even featuring spider webs.
