BOTTAS WINS THE RUSSIAN GP

Valteri Bottas wins the RussianGP after Lewis Hamilton was handed two 5 second penalties for doing practice starts outside of the designated zone before the race start. The Mercedes driver was going through the usual routine as the drivers made their way out of the pits to form the grid by performing a practice start.
